Building Connections

Discover how to strengthen your communication and build meaningful connections in this social skills program designed for current (age 18+) or former students of RSU57 Special Education/504 services, and young adults with ASD, or mental health diagnoses that impair socialization. Through engaging games, creative projects, and practical real-life activities, you’ll develop teamwork, active listening, conflict-resolution skills, and much more.

This will also cover access to assisted living and long term care, age well programs, meals on wheels, Medicare, MaineCare, and healthcare power of attorney.
