Never has there been a more gentle approach to a cardio workout! Balloon Boxing incorporates the elements of slow, flowing movements, as practiced in Tai Chi, while focusing on the spontaneous adaptations to the unpredictable, floating movements of a balloon. With particular focus on breath-work, gentle stretching, no impact, and fun, Balloon Boxing is designed for all fitness levels. Can be practiced seated or standing. Materials fee $3

Smooth transitions between postures then holding for several rounds of breath with emphasis on form and alignment, help us with better balance, body awareness and feeling revitalized! Bring: Yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks and strap. (Blocks and straps are available to borrow) Level: Beginner - Intermediate. Movement from floor to standing several times. Modifications are provided.
