This gentle class is a "how-to do yoga" break down! Get familiar with the poses, learn correct alignment for safety and stability while incorporating breathing techniques for improving over all wellness. This a non-flow class, taking time to build awareness and balancing the body. Bring a yoga mat, 2 blocks, and a strap. Blocks and straps are available if you do not have your own.

Join our indoor walking program for adults. Enjoy protection from the elements as you get or keep in shape. Offered Mondays through Thursdays.
Open Play Pickleball
with No Instructor
Use our indoor courts, we provide balls and paddles. Wear comfortable clothing and exercise shoes. All levels encouraged to participate.Tuesdays and Wednesdays starting 9/8.
Slow Flow Yoga
with Clarisa Thayer
Join us for this combo of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga styles for a slower paced, feel-good flow class. Expect smooth transitions between postures with some holds for strength. Slow flow emphasizes form and alignment, better balance, body awareness, and feeling revitalized! This is a beginner to intermediate class with movement from floor to standing, modifications of movement will be provided. Bring a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, and a strap. Blocks and straps are available to borrow if you do not have your own.
Balloon Boxing

Never has ther been a more gentle approach to a cardio workout! Baloon Boxing incorporates the elements of slow, flowing movements, as practiced in Tai Chi, while focusing on the spontaneous adaptations to the unpredictable floating movement of the balloon. With particular focus on breath-work, gentle stretching, no impact, and fun. Balloon Boxing is designed for all fitness levels and can be practiced seated or standing.
