Smooth transitions between postures then holding for several rounds of breath with emphasis on form and alignment, help us with better balance, body awareness and feeling revitalized! Bring: Yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks and strap. (Blocks and straps are available to borrow) Level: Beginner - Intermediate. Movement from floor to standing several times. Modifications are provided. Hatha Yoga for Older Adults

This gentle in nature class, is a “how-to do yoga” break down! Get familiar with the poses, learn correct alignment for safety and stability while incorporating breathing techniques for mindfulness, reducing stress, and improving over all wellness. This is a non-flow class, taking our time to build awareness and balance the body. Bring: yoga mat, 2 blocks and strap. Blocks and straps are available if you do not have your own.
