Join UMaine Cooperative Extension Maple Educator, Jason Lilley, to learn everything you need to know about making your own maple syrup. Topics will include identifying and tapping trees, collecting and boiling sap, as well as filtering, grading, and canning syrup. The session is designed for homestead-scale systems that require a limited initial investment in equipment.

Each week we will focus on an essential part of home repairs: walls, plumbing, heating, and electrical. Dean will be bringing in examples so that you can get some hands-on practice! Materials fee $10
