Never has there been a more gentle approach to a cardio workout! Balloon boxing incorporates the elements of slow, flowing movements while focusing on the spontaneous adaptations to the unpredictable movements of a balloon. With focus on breath-work, gentle stretching, no impact, and fun, balloon boxing is designed for all fitness levels. Can be practiced seated or standing. Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes.

This gentle in nature class, is a "how-to-do yoga" break down! Get familiar with the poses, learn correct alignment for safety and stability while incorporating breathing techniques for mindfulness, reducing stress, and improving over all wellness. This is a non-flow class, taking our time to build awareness and balance the body. Bring: yoga mat, 2 blocks and strap.
