Hatha Yoga (4 weeks)

This gentle class is a “how-to do yoga” break down! Get familiar with the poses, learn correct alignment for safety and stability while incorporating breathing techniques for improving over all wellness. This is a non-flow class, taking our time to build awareness and balance the body. Bring: yoga mat, 2 blocks and strap. Blocks and straps are available if you do not have your own.
Beginner Pickleball

Try out the fastest growing sport in the US! We provide balls and paddles. Wear comfortable clothing and appropriate shoes.
Slow Flow Yoga (4 weeks)

Join us for this combo of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga styles for a slower paced, feel-good flow class. Smooth transitions between postures then holding for several rounds of breath with emphasis on form and alignment, help us with better balance, body awareness and feeling revitalized! Bring: Yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks and strap. (Blocks and straps are available to borrow) Level: Beginner - Intermediate. Movement from floor to standing several times. Modifications are provided.
Balloon Boxing

Balloon Boxing incorporates the elements of slow, flowing movements, while focusing on the spontaneous adaptations to the unpredictable, floating movements of a balloon. With particular focus on breath-work, gentle stretching, no impact, and fun, this is designed for all fitness levels.

Perfect for older adults and those with limited mobility or those simply trying to gently build more strength and flexibility, these classes make yoga accessible to everyone by using the support of a chair! Gentle stretches, guided breathing, and simple movements help improve circulation, ease joint stiffness, and support balance — all while reducing stress and promoting relaxation. Chair yoga is a safe and enjoyable way to maintain strength, flexibility, and connect body and mind, no matter your fitness level!
