Get familiar with the poses, learn correct alignment for safety and stability while incorporating breathing techniques for mindfulness, reducing stress, and improving over all wellness. This is a non-flow class, taking our time to build awareness and balance the body. Bring: yoga mat, 2 blocks and strap. Blocks and straps are available if you do not have your own.

Balloon Boxing

With particular focus on breath-work, gentle stretching, no impact, and fun, Balloon Boxing is designed for all fitness levels. Can be practiced seated or standing.

Smooth transitions between postures then holding for several rounds of breath with emphasis on form and alignment, help us with better balance, body awareness and feeling revitalized! Bring: Yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks and strap. (Blocks and straps are available to borrow) Level: Beginner - Intermediate. Movement from floor to standing several times. Modifications are provided.
