Prepare for your permit, and get valuable driving practice. Students must be at least 15 years old to attend. Classes run Monday to Thursday from 2-4pm (no class on holidays). The first class runs from 2-5pm, and a parent or guardian must attend from 4-5pm.

Learn about the inner workings of the York County Jail with a presentation and tour from Sheriff King. We’ll discuss reasons for incarceration, basic jail management, and handling residents from intake to release. This class will take place at the York County Jail, meaning that all attendees must consent to a background check in advance. Register by October 23.

Want a lovely mosaic frame for a mirror or photo for yourself - or as a gift? Come and learn techniques to create one of your own! Frame, glass, tile and adhesive materials will be supplied. Bring any special beads, jewelry or other meaningful artifacts you’d like to include. You will learn how to score and cut or nip glass, tile or crockery and adhere it to the wood frame.
