Never has there been a more gentle approach to a cardio workout! Baloon Boxing incorporates the elements of slow, flowing movements, as practiced in Tai Chi, while focusing on the spontaneous adaptations to the unpredictable floating movement of the balloon. With particular focus on breath-work, gentle stretching, no impact, and fun. Balloon Boxing is designed for all fitness levels and can be practiced seated or standing. There will be no class Friday November 27th.

The Maine Driving Dynamics course is a driver improvement course that is designed to improve a student's defesive driving awareness. This five-hour course includes discussion of collision avoidance techniques, safety issues, driver habits and attitudes, and the basic elements that constantly challenge drivers on Maine's highways. Our goal is to save lives, prevent injuries, and reduce vehicle-related crashes. A student who completes the course will recieve a three-point credit on their driving record and may be eliegible for an insurance discount.
