Share your favorite recipes, bring along a tasting, and find your new favorite dish at this ‘sample and socialize’ event. This is a free event but pre-registration is required. Bring: a prepared dish and a recipe.
Balloon Boxing

Never has there been a more gentle approach to a cardio workout! Balloon Boxing incorporates the elements of slow, flowing movements, while focusing on the spontaneous adaptations to the unpredictable, floating movements of a balloon. With particular focus on breath-work, gentle stretching, no impact, and fun, this is designed for all fitness levels.

Driver Education

Prepare for your permit, and get valuable driving practice. Students must be at least 15 years old to attend. Classes run Monday to Thursday from 2-4pm. The first class runs from 2-5pm, and a parent or guardian must attend from 4-5pm.
