Balloon Boxing incorporates the elements of slow, flowing movements, as practiced in Tai Chi, while focusing on the spontaneous adaptations to the unpredictable, floating movements of a balloon. With particular focus on breath-work, gentle stretching, no impact, and fun, Balloon Boxing is designed for all fitness levels. Can be practiced seated or standing. Materials fee $3
New Parents Coffee Hour

Bring your little one and meet other new parents at our monthly coffee hour! While this coffee hour is primarily for socializing with other parents, guest speakers will also be sharing resources for new parents
Hatha Yoga for Older Adults

This gentle in nature class, is a “how-to do yoga” break down! Get familiar with the poses, learn correct alignment for safety and stability while incorporating breathing techniques for mindfulness, reducing stress, and improving over all wellness. This is a non-flow class, taking our time to build awareness and balance the body. Bring: yoga mat, 2 blocks and strap. Blocks and straps are available if you do not have your own.
Writing Workshop

Join a local author and other creatives from the community for a night of brainstorming, storytelling, and idea-sharing. After an introduction, anyone who wants to can share their writing — or a story idea if nothing is on paper yet — and get the thoughts of others. This is a relaxed, informal evening of bouncing ideas off of fellow writers.

This class is a fun intro to printmaking, perfect for anyone just starting out or those who just love print making. Follow along and learn how to prepare a design and carve a rubber block. Once the blocks are carved, learn how to ink and print your design. Everyone will create numerous prints and can take home their carved block to use over and over again. Materials fee $10
