Kindness is a superpower that all of us have, and as we approach the holiday season it’s especially important to bring more kindness into our lives and our communities. We will discuss how “intentional acts of kindness” can transform our friendships, relationships, families, workplaces, and even our politics. We’ll explore the creation of “personal kindness practices” as well as community acts of kindness that are creative and fun. This is an introductory class and we hope to set up an ongoing “community kindness discussion group” to help each other and our communities rise to our kindest selves, and grow meaningful friendships. We’ll also explore a variety of inspiring readings, films, and talks.
