Massabesic Adult and Community Education

Gain confidence, awareness, and verbal and physical skills to address challenging interactions in public, online, with family or service providers. From advocating for yourself with medical personnel to gaining physical defensive skills, the tools taught are practical, accessible, and effective. Participate at the level that works best for you. A great experience to share with a friend! Open to older adults of all genders and identities. (“older” can refer to age though this class is also for anyone who is feeling less able to experience the world with the freedom they wish.)
