Chair Yoga is a modified yoga practice considering health, mobility and activity level. The chair is used as support in both seated and standing postures. The benefits include improved flexibility, strength and balance and increased energy. Meditation is to the mind what physical exercise is to the body. Join us to practice two simple and easy activities for self-care. Bring a yoga mat and water for hydration.
