Balloon boxing incorporates the elements of slow, flowing movements while focusing on the spontaneous adaptations to the unpredictable movements of a balloon. With focus on breath-work, gentle stretching, no impact, and fun, balloon boxing is designed for all fitness levels. Can be practiced seated or standing. Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes.
