Mushroom Printmaking
with Kayla Lovejoy
Learn the art of reduction printmaking. Blocks will be pre-stamped to give a basic outline of the design and make it easy to follow along. Carve, ink, and print your block, and experiment with different colors and techniques. Everyone will leave class with 10-20+ prints and their carved block. Materials fee payable to instructor: $10
Kids Fluid Acrylic Canvas (Shapleigh)

Join us for a fun and creative workshop where kids will work with their caregivers to create a fluid acrylic canvas. This is a perfect way to spend an afternoon during school vacation week with your creative child! Open to ages 6 and up.
There is a material fee of $20, payable to the instructor.
Certification in American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED
The American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course teaches participants to recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies, including first aid for various injuries and illnesses, as well as CPR and AED use for adults, children, and infants. The course covers recognizing emergencies, prioritizing care, activating the EMS system, performing CPR and choking relief, and using an AED. Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a certificate valid for two years, which can be accessed digitally.
Spring Plant Stakes

Score, grind, foil, solder, clean, and patina your stained glass creations in our beginner class. Bring: safety glasses.
Hatha Yoga (4 weeks)
with Clarisa Thayer
This gentle class is a “how-to do yoga” break down! Get familiar with the poses, learn correct alignment for safety and stability while incorporating breathing techniques for improving over all wellness. This is a non-flow class, taking our time to build awareness and balance the body. Bring: yoga mat, 2 blocks and strap. Blocks and straps are available if you do not have your own. NO CLASS MAY 19th
Slow Flow Yoga (4 weeks)
with Clarisa Thayer
Join us for this combo of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga styles for a slower paced, feel-good flow class. Smooth transitions between postures then holding for several rounds of breath with emphasis on form and alignment, help us with better balance, body awareness and feeling revitalized! Bring: Yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks and strap. (Blocks and straps are available to borrow) Level: Beginner - Intermediate. Movement from floor to standing several times. Modifications are provided. NO CLASS MAY 14th.

Martial Arts for Families (Ages 6+)

Families who play together, stay together. Whether you have had martial arts training or are just a beginner, all families are welcome to this fun, stress-free martial arts class! Based on World Tang Soo Do, Jessica Peck-Lindsey will guide participants through gentle therapeutic exercises that lead up to focus work and traditional forms. Learn a new way to move, together! No prior martial arts training is necessary. Classes are designed to meet the experience level of participants from beginner to advanced.
