Join us for a fun and creative workshop where kids will work with their caregivers to create a fluid acrylic canvas. This is a perfect way to spend an afternoon during school vacation week with your creative child! Open to ages 6 and up.

Prepare for your permit, and get valuable driving practice. Students must be at least 15 years old to attend. Classes run Monday to Thursday from 2-4pm. The first class runs from 2-5pm, and a parent or guardian must attend from 4-5pm.

Join us for a trip to the Maine Military Museum this Spring! We will depart from MHS East Building.

A class for all levels of experience with stained glass mosaic art! Choose from creating a mosaic house number on a repurposed slate shingle, or design and execute a mosaic on a frame for a mirror. Learn glass shaping skills using stained glass and mosaic art tools, create a mosaic design using water-based or silicone glue, and grout the project. Some work time at home between classes may be required, depending on individual projects. Those who have taken previous classes may propose an alternative project with prior approval. Materials fee payable to instructor: $20

This will also cover access to assisted living and long term care, age well programs, meals on wheels, Medicare, MaineCare, and healthcare power of attorney.

1st Tuesday starting 1/6, 10:00 - 11:00 

This gentle class is a “how-to do yoga” break down! Get familiar with the poses, learn correct alignment for safety and stability while incorporating breathing techniques for improving over all wellness. This is a non-flow class, taking our time to build awareness and balance the body. Bring: yoga mat, 2 blocks and strap. Blocks and straps are available if you do not have your own. NO CLASS 3/24
